to mervin: im really thankful for you. thank you for initiating to call me earlier to share with me about how you feel towards certain things, as well as bringing encouragement into my life. the 55minutes of talk time was worth it! continue to live out that child-like faith in you, because i sincerely believe that through your child-like faith in God, He's gonna use you BIG time! ways in which you cannot even think that He can do in your life! so let's continue to give our all, and run till the end of the race. thanks for being a great support to me!(:
to yongle: i know that this period in your life may not be a smooth one, and you may even question about the things that you are doing now, whether is it worth it. i still firmly believe in what i told you over the phone earlier, that dont let circumstances stop you from how God can use you. you may not see the results now. but have the Faith, which can do so much more than what you cannot see. you got to stay strong so that you can help your friend. and like what i said, youre never alone in this, and you will NOT be alone in this.(:
God allows certain situations to happen in our lives, not because He is sadistic, not because He enjoys it when we suffer. but it is because through these situations, we grow in our character, and they help us to understand things that we may not have known before. think about it, without problems, how can we then expect ourselves to become a more mature person? how can we have certain values in our lives? it is through all the situations in our lives that help us to learn something out from them. and when our friends in future face the same problems that we faced before, we can emphatise with them and help them even more!
